Seriously man...I'm not saying this wrong, but it all likelihood isn't correct. The internet is full of bad advice, and almost every single time the actual doctors will be your best bet. Listen to them, and don't read too much into stuff you read online.

All the claims are cited. I'm not disagreeing with you but in all honesty doctors aren't the best bet , at least in my case.

DHT is powerful and does have both positive physical and mental properties. The key is not just to have high DHT, but a proper balance between testosterone , estrogen and DHT. Anti androgens can disrupt that orchestra. The ideal hormone profile should be high testosterone, low estrogen with normal/high dht.
