Still losing hair after a year of propecia. (Advice Needed)
Hey guys
I am 21 years old and have been taking Propecia(1mg) for 1 year now and I am still losing hair (I have a receding pattern). When I started the medication I was a Norwood 1 and now I am a Norwood 2. Frontal loss is progressing rapidly and I need to decide what to add to my regime.
I have some side effects from Propecia such as liquid semen and erections not lasting as long. This worries me because it seems it would be much worse if I start on Durastride.
I have read of several negative things about Minoxodil that it will only temporarily "mask" the problem and is not a real solution. Is this true?
Are there any anti androgens I could use along with Propecia?
I have heard about using Durastride topically...
My options seem very few and I am becoming desperate to quickly add something to my regime because Propecia is not maintaining my hair.
(Any suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated!!)

One year after finasteride...
Trying adding an anagen stimulator, minoxidil, and maybe whey protein. Have you had any follow-up consultations to adjust your treatment plan? It would benefit you to get an opinion.

May be u r maturing that is why hair line is not responding. It is more likely that after norwood 2 propecia will slow down or halt the process.

The hair on my head is still miniaturizing & the hairline is going back. Frontal hair loss is at an all-time high.
(1 year of Propecia & my hair is still thinning)

How can whey protein help benefit my hair?
I am allergic to Minoxidil, what else could I add to my regime and why?

Help Hair whey protein is a natural product that contains a DHT blocker. It also contains an anagen stimulator, which extends the active hair growth phase so that you keep each hair for a longer period of time. You can replace the finasteride and minoxidil with this solution.

Where is the scientific evidence? Can anyone else give a response without selling an advertisement?

Hi. Can you be more specific about the evidence that you are requesting? The benefits or existence of anagen stimulators and DHT blockers, or the existence of them in the aforementioned product? If you can be more specific, I can surely supply the evidence for you.

I've seen you talk about whey protein before and was wondering what's up with that? I take two whey protein shakes a day, are you talking about applying the powder topically somehow?
