I would say it could be, but it depends if your hair was always like that. You need old pictures to compare to these new ones to see the differences. Some people hair just was never that dense or always V shaped or something. You cant regrow hair you never had. I would say my initial thought is I agree that it looks like diffuse MPB as the other people said so listen to goldnt if that is the case. a Doctor can confirm.
