Default Chronic fatigue and hair loss

Can thyroid issues and fatigue contribute to hair loss? I've had both as long as I can remember and my hair loss is really bad for 23. I feel like I lose my hair more ondays where I'm extra tired. Is it possible?

Yes it could be, but if you have this type of hair loss, isn't it in a diffuse pattern all over your head (sides and back included)? I don't think you can actually recede from fatigue / thyroid issues induced hair loss.
