Fin to dutasteride thread

Guys, I have been looking all over for evidence that some don't respond to finasteride, but do respond to dutasteride. I'd really appreciate it if people can shed some light on this.

-Has anyone been on finasteride and actually gotten worse? Scalp itch, pain, etc.. But switched to dutasteride and improved?

I've been on fin for a total of 1 year and 8 months and at one year mark, I had a massive shed with scalp pain. Now, my hair is thin all over and I shed 70 hairs consistently just showering and letting my hair dry. When wet, my hair is atrocious.

If any veterans or well versed people can give some insight, please do!
