Default frizzy hair, is it common in hair loss ?

Hey im a 24 old male with medium long hair, my hair is really frizzy and i think it is because my hairs life cyclus is getting shorter, so hair dies faster and the new hair shows .
Is it common in MPB ? or can it be something else ?
