Is this the beginning of the end? before and after pics

Hi,

I am 25, I have never had a perfect straight hair line, and always had an a high forehead. I receding a little when I was about 19/20 and then nothing until recently, not sure If I am been paranoid or not. hair above my left temple seems to be getting thinner than usual also.

with regards to my crown, I have always had a sort of L shape cowlick, and usually have longer hair so not sure if this is the case or if it looks to be going?

the pic with more hair is me at about 16 years old.

I am wondering if to consult the doctor about getting on some treatment, or if I should wait it out as it hasn't changed for so long?
