This fellow stopped in at just about a year out from a smaller crown case. Photos before, during, at a month, 6 months, and 12 months out from, surgery show his progress. He is not on meds and pics.
He's pretty young, likely to lose more hair, and doesn't have an unlimited donor supply. For many patients that would cause me to not offer surgery BUT he has a good hair/skin color match, and if one is going to go with a smaller case...only really curly bushy hair like he has will allow one to "get away with it" due to the excellent hairs covering way more bald scalp than most other patients...(in contrast you could never pull this off with a small case in a light skinned dark haired asian or fine haired european).
I would imagine that I'll see him again and can update his progress then.
