Hi there,

I wanted to ask a question in relation to the new claims regarding acell's ECM product. being young I know I am a bad candidate for hair transplantation, but using such technologies as acell's ECM and Dr Cooley's findings would anyone be willing to undertake such surgery knowing that the donor area would be regenrated. Is this possible! does this product regenerate donor area in its entirety or not. This product has been around for a while now and I still cannot quite understand how we still don't know whether it works or not. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated as it is pivotal to my surgical decisions. thank you so much in advance.
