propranolol and hair loss
hi every one. my question is, only 3-4 dose of 10 mg propranolol can accelerate my mpb which i am holding on dutasteride.
-
If you lose hair on it, it is not MPB. It is telogen effluvium, which is not permanent. Just google it. If you do get telogen effluvium, your hair will grow back with 3-6 months after stopping the drug. 10mg is very low dosage and you are unlikely to suffer from TE from it. Hope this helps. Best of luck

But the TE is not a good thing for mpb sufferers.
-
Yes, TE is a terrible thing to go through, especially if you suffer from MPB. My only point was that it is not permanent. 10mg is super low dose, so if you go that route, hopefully you get TE. Good luck

Sorry, I meant to say hopefully you WON'T get TE.

For sure...get off propranolol. It is a beta 2 adrenergic blocker like Corgard. Corgard put my mpb in turbo-loss mode.
Beta 2 blockers will take your hair almost as fast as steroids...trust me.
