Default 23 year old - bad recession

Hi guys! I've posted on here quite a few times before about my hairline. With every post, I feel able to trace the deterioration of my hair with pictorial evidence...seriously neurotic.

Over the past few years I've suffered from Body Dysmorphc Disorder and Major Depression, all stemming from my hairline recession. My forehead has always been high and my hairline irregularly shaped, but the recession I've experienced is beyond non-balding I should think. More recently the mental health issues have flared up and all because I think I'm now Norwood 3 - loss of density and the depth of the peak on my left temple suggests so.

I now kindly ask if you guys could lend your thoughts. I don't use anything except nizoral a few times a week with little benefit... How bad is my hairloss?

Apologies for the spiel... Had to get it off my chest. Double apologies for the weird pics...

You look like you have good density. Regarding hair line, I'd say you're nowhere near NW3, I think NW2 describes your situation pretty well.

If you're so worried about your hair loss, then why are you only using nizoral? Get on fin and minox. If you can maintain what you have, you're more than fine.

    Hello Jfox223!

There is a VERY good possibility that you are just noticing a maturing hairline.
When I was at that age, I experienced a maturing hair line
(more-so than what you see on yours).
I decided to ACCEPTED that fact and only hoped that I would not loss all my hair later.
I began living my life happy!!

But here is a TRUE FACT- your hair looks GREAT!
If you do see a difference in your hair then you are the ONLY ONE that sees it.

You are 23 years old, most young men will have a maturing hairline!

What will hurt your hair is your STRESS and your DEPRESSION!!
    That is a truth !

    I know this from EXPERIENCE.
By the way , your photos are NOT weird photos.
Again, even though you may have seen a difference in your hair,,no one else sees a problem.
Jfox223 Ill say this again too- STRESS WILL cause a change to your hair!!

Is it actually just maturation? I thought it was much worse than that. If no one else notices, I guess that's nice
