I still feel that the effects of the laser treatments are more related to hair quality than hair quanity. Nothing takes dead hair folicles and brings them back to life. There are some things that can stimulate a sleeping hair follicle to generate a new hair or take a hair that is going thru the miniturization process and make it a thicker healthier hair.
That is correct, if the follicles have atrophied then nothing will bring them back. What I was saying and am seeing in the laser program that im doing is where there was hair, even the peach fuzz/vellus hair has been reversing back to how it used to be, but where there was no activity nothing has happed. A few new ones came up that were probably in the telogen phase, but im sure even a topical could do that as well.
