Minox without ppg?

Hey guys, I had to quit minox after 2 years of use due to an allergy to propylene glycol. It's been 6 months and I continue to digress. Shedding steadily anytime I run my hands through my hair. I have thinning streaks through my hair somehow now even though I only applied to hairline?

Anyway, I can't take it anymore and need to re introduce minox, but I hate foam.

WHERE CAN I BUY 5% LIQUID (without ppg)?!
