Dr. Lindsey 13 months out from frontal case in young man McLean VA

This mid-20's guy comes from a long line of class 4 MPB family members. We did a medium sized case on him 13 months ago. Despite significant contrast between his skin and hair color, he looks good. It appears that he has lost a little more farther back which may need intervention down the road. That is particularly noticable in the 10 month pics where his curly front has started to kick in...and he has white scalp showing behind our operative field.

Key to young guy surgical planning, is realizing that with future loss...more surgery will be needed...AND most importantly, to give a hairline that will look normal in the 30s and 40s....even if that means too mature of a hairline initially.

Shown are day of surgery, 1 month scar check, 4 and 10 month "stop by the office pics" and 13 months.

We'll get followup on him yearly I suspect.
