It's speculation but it's speculation that helps keep me sane and happy. Frankly, I think your attitude is masochistic. Sure, more powerful treatments may not become available but I don't see why I should adopt your point of view, which is hopeless and depressing.

Because it will hurt way, way more when you will realize in a few years that those treatments will never come.

Accept now that it's going to be statu quo indefinitely for hair loss treatments and you will feel a lot better.

It may hurt at first, but in the long run, it's a way better strategy.
