Male with extensive hair loss presents to our clinic for a two consecutive day session of 4000 FUE grafts. Post-op photos are at the one year mark. Patient is not taking finasteride due to stable hair loss. Good case for showing how appropriate angling of grafts gives the illusion of coverage. All grafts harvested and placed by the physician.

Great result! Do you have any pictures right after the procedure where grafts placement can be seen?

This is one of the best results I have ever seen in an HT, especially in a case like this one.
Is this "only" 4000 grafts? I've seen similar cases but with 8000+- grafts transplanted.

in your website, and the before photo there is completely different than the before photos you put here.

Certainly he did a mistake.

That is very weird. Maybe it was done in multiple procedures, but he surely didn't had that much hair in before pictures posted here...
