The best treatments in 2015 please?

It's been a while since I've checked on here and the information here is great but overwhelming. Is anyone able to update me on any effective treatment to slow hair loss out there at the moment that's not fin or won't give you the downs like fin did?

At the moment I'm on nizoral only!

Is that the only one? What about revivogen and spiro cream? I heard that ru gives you the same sides as fin?

The information on here is overwhelming? I can can sum it all up with fin and minox. For all the talk its still the only two things that exist and we had them the last 20 years. There are plenty of experimental things and things on the way but your talking years from now

fin and minox. Likely to be quite a few more options the second half of this decade. The days of fin and minox only are coming to an end.
