Hair transplant Scar Grafting
Hello,
I had 4 strip procedures done about 10 years ago. The hair grew in, but I still have thin hair and near balding at the crown. At age 37, I thought I would stop trying to conceal my thin hair and go for the shaved head. I realized I had scars back there but wasn't sure how bad they would look with very short hair...they look bad! Now I need to grow my hair long and stringly again in order to conceal the scars.
My question is if anyone can refer me to a doctor in the Chicago area who has expertise in scar grafting. I read that this is a possible option for people with linear scars from previous trabsplants. Any information on reputable doctors who can per form this procedure (I believe it is FUE), would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
