Laxity Exercises - Whats more important pushing DOWN or UP?
Hey guys, Im really going to do my laxity exercises as though my life depended on it because in a way my bread and butter does - I need to get as many grafts as I can from my 2nd surgery.
So I was wondering when doing the laxity exercises, whats more important? Stretching the back and sides UPWARD or DOWNWARD?
