My first post - a bit of a rant

Thanks. I did take some thyroid meds, but this was more than 10 years ago, so I don't think they're the reason I'm losing hair now... I will post some current pictures later.

What scares me is that I did briefly use some generic brand rogaine, and this was before even knowing there were possible sexual side effects, I did start having issues getting hard and felt my junk was numb, so I immediately dropped it. I'm just a bit scared that propecia might be the same or even worse, so I've been considering just shaving my head and trying my best to embrace it. But I know that 10 years down the line I will probably regret that (I like changing style every couple of years. It's just the way I am. So even though I wouldn't mind trying a shaved head, I know it'll get boring eventually and I won't even really have a choice).

I'll see a dermatologist (maybe two for a second opinion) and see what they say. Best to you. Sounds like you've got the right treatment going on.
