Does normal gymming and lighting weights cause mpb.
Since you guys gave me a verdict, I've been on my way to resume my life. Is it okay to loft wrights in the gym? Will that cause mpb(you guys said I don't have mpb and may hairline is fine). What I want to know is if it can cause mpb? Is it okay to lift weights?

Its fine. If living in a cave forever helped slow MPB would you do it? I mean if it raises androgens its a very minor thing and completely insignificant in the long run.
