    Calum Best

He was a nw5-nw6, and now looks great. Granted, he wears his hear in a unique style that's favorable to adding the illusion of density.

My question is, how is he able to wear his hair as short as he does on the back and sides after his transplant? He had FUE, but do you think he had SMP placed into the FUE scarring? He literally doesn't look like he's had ANY work done.

Interested to hear your opinions...either way, he looks great, good for him!

He was never a Norwood 6.

    He:

    1) Keep the sides very short reducing the contrast between the transplanted hair on the top and the sides. Using certain hair styles is advantageous with transplanted hair and not so with others.

    2) Wears concealer most of the time too making the hair appear thicker than what it is.

    Asim Shahmalak performed his transplants.

He was pretty close to a nw5..his crown was really going in this pic.

and I'd bet that he's lost a lot of that native hair he had left before any surgery.

I remember seeing that pic years ago with Lindsey Lohan and thought the same. When he grew it back out, it didn't look as bad.

I agree with you too about he will have lost more and likely to lose more as he does not want to take Finasteride.

Maybe he did get on propecia and it helped his crown..either way, he looks good today.
