Default Young guy- Strip vs FUE??

Hey I am considering a hair transplant and would like to know what is best.
From what I have researched FUE seemed best for me, being young and wanting to wear my hair short if needs be. But I have read that yield is a lot worse in comparison to strip method(upto 20%). Is this the case?, and if i opted for FUE would this likely effect the aesthetics of the procedure as I am looking to have work done on the hairline? I was initially under the impression surgery was fullproof and I would not want to invest knowing that there was a chance of a failed outcome, or not being fully satisfied with the density.Any response much appreciated. Cheers
