Question for Dr. Cole
Dr Cole, you have noted in your videos that you believe FUE gives a yield greater than or equal to that produced by FUT. I am curious to know, given that FUT produces higher quality grafts with plenty of subcutaneous fat to protect the follicle, whereas FUE grafts often leave the dermal papilla exposed to handling, how can FUE produce a greater yield? Do you believe that the extra protective tissue is not that necessary, or are there ways of handling skinny grafts that can reduce this problem?
This is a serious Q, not trying to flame a debate.
