My biggest mistake was that Im using toppik and when I was younger ( 20-21 years old) I didnt wash it out hard enough during baths and a hard black layer created. When I scratched it off, most of my hair was gone with this layer. I never recovered since. I think that was the main reason why im in such a bad shape right now.i dont thik im gonna loose more hair. I need a big strip and after a fue surgery as they told me. I'm between dr. Bisanga and dr. Hasson. Which one do you think is the best? Dr bisanga told me i can have a big strip (4.000 -5.000 grafts) and a small fue (1.000-2.000) the next day. Whats your opinion? my donor area is good and i have thick hair. My goal is to be nw2-3. I havent done anything yet! Im from Greece and i think i decided to go to dr. Bisanga instead of dr. Hasson. What do you think? Bisanga or Hasson? thanks again for your asnwers!

The biggest problem is that you're not on fin. Without it I would strongly say no to hasson or Bisanga. Chances are they will say the same.

i have already speak with them, neither of them said no. I might use topikal finasteride on my scalp or oral for only 2-3 months, i havent decide it yet.

You are a young man who is aggressively losing his hair, and are about to get a big strip taken out the back of your scalp without stabilizing it first. This sounds like a disaster.

KO1 does make a good point.
Hair transplantation could possibly go wrong for you,,no matter how good and qualified the doctor is.
Give this time Angel'
