what should i do? definently starting to bald.

Hi.

my hair has been thinning for the last few years. Recently i have a small noticeable bald patch on my crown.

What advice do you give me? Is rogain useful? Hesitant to use products that could ruin my hair. I may only have a couple years left. Im 30.

I would also add that ive been trying to build muscle at the gym. Working out a lot eating high protein. Noticed more of a beard (never had much facial hair before). Points to increased testosterone?

Anyway my dad didnt start to bald until his late 40s. My hair has always been thin like my mums. My mums granpa is bald but no idea when he started balding.
