There are many health shampoos. Keto shampoo not familiar with it. There are other herbal shampoos as well that help reduce hair loss. Herbal shampoos are the best because they will not have side effects as other chemical shampoos do.

NO. Keto shampoos have been shown in controlled studies to help hair loss. Refer to pub med. I'd use keto shampoo Over any herbal shampoos.

Yes I take both daily. Dropped fin for a short time, later dropped Avo for a short time, but mostly have taken both since starting Avo

No. Use what is proven. You can experiment on top of thati f you want but your base regimen should always be proven: dut, fin, minox, keto, antiandrogens

Came here because I just got on 2% RX keto shampoo. Washed for three days straight and not sure the itch is gone, or if it dried things out so much that's where the itch is coming from now. Lost a few bulbs with hair on them (which i think means that hair is gone forever?), so i'm thinking of stopping. Had hairloss under control before this. Might try an aloe conditioner so things aren't so dry. Or i might just stop the keto altogether and live with the seborheic dermatitis.

Update: cut back on the keto to 2-3 times a week tops with a conditioner and everything is fine.

I've been using either Nizoral, Regenpure DR or Lipogaine big 3 interchangeably every day since 2014, absolutely no negative side effects to report, I also use Emu Oil to condition my hair afterwards.
