Cured by accident
This lady grew back all of her hair with a steroid medication that she took for a chest infection. Not sure exactly what the drug was though

Its Alopecia. And its usually treated with steroids or creams.
So its not relevant, its not mbp.

At least one aspect in which it is relevant is that she was apparently completely bald for a number of years but even still the hair follicles were able to completely regrow all over her head.
So the idea that fibrosis developing around the site of the minaturized hair follicle would prevent future regrowth of the hair follicle (once the right environment or signal was provided) may not always be correct.
