Need help with propecia side effects please.

I started propecia when I was 19 prescribed by my doctor, and it worked for 9 months but recently I have felt tired, have dry skin on my face and worst of all today I have not been able to obtain an erection. I also have a numb consistent pain in my penis.
What should I do? Are these side effects reversible? Thank you.
