Turning 24 in a few months. I think I'm losing hair...

Hello guys. I'm Joe, I'm 23 years old and I think I'm losing hair. My right side looks diffused, I can literally see the scalp. My hairline was always weirdly shaped, it wasn't straight. I have a cowlick on the left corner and the other side was always a little bit more up and further and I think it was always less dense. However, recently, I think right side is really losing all the density.

I went to dermatologist and she diagnosed me with seborrheic dermatitis. I told her my mum had something like that as well and she used Nixoral but she said it was too strong for me so she gave me a weaker one(I don't even think it's a kezo shampoo) and also gave me a steroid for the seborrheic.

I told her about that one of my sides was diffused and she said "I can see a little density loss, use minoxidil until it's over and should be fixed" but now I read on the internet that minoxidil is not permanent, therefore using it can even make my situation worse.

Now, my mother has thyroid issues and all of her hair is thin and difussed. The shape of her hair is perfect, her hairline is perfect but you can see massive diffusing. I thought maybe I also have thyroid because I do show a lot of the symptoms but blood test shows that I have normal T3-T4 levels.
My triglycerides are really really high and I'm already improving this situation(quit carbs and eating more fat).
Here are some pics of me:

The one from the top view is kinda bad, I didn't pull it back on the side but yea, I think you get the idea.

I will post pictures of me 2-3 years ago, later on. Basically it looks the same, perhaps lost some density but I also styled the hair differently and had bigger hair.

Thanks for stoping by and sorry for my english, it's my 3rd language :|

From your post, it looks like you're losing all kinds of hair, but, from your pictures it doesn't look like that at all, sure there is some thinning on your left side, but other than that I don't think it looks bad at all.

Also, if you're up for it, I believe there's a laser called igrow.

Not sure if I'm allowed to post links so please google it.
