Visiting New York (from UK) - looking to buy some medication
Hi. I'm visiting New York for a week from tomorrow.
I was hoping to buy some over-the-counter Propecia (or similar). Unsure if you need a prescription in NY? Probably do. Does anyone have a recommendation for how I could get a script and purchase some cheaply and easily?
I've been using Finasteride for 2 years with marginal success. Been off it for 2 months and eager to restart. It's very expensive in the UK though. Hoping America is cheaper?
Maybe I should be aiming to move on to a different treatment. I've heard talk of better inhibitor med's but I'm unsure about their availability in the NY or the UK.
Any advice would be gratefully received.
Thanks,
Malcolm

In the United States you'll need a prescription. I suppose you could find a doctor in NY and have him or her write you one and then go fill it, but you could just do that in the UK. Some people just order meds online, which is a little sketchy and doesn't guarantee you're getting a real product. What's stopping you from getting a prescription in the UK?
