What to take to counter Spiro sides????

Is there anything I can take to counter the sides a may face on oral spiro? Ive used Fin, Dut, RU before and never had any sides other than dizziness maybe certainly no gyno or sexual sides. I do realise spiro is a whole nother ballgame and is there anything you can take to counter sexual sides should they appear. Im only gonna take 50mg per day probabaly, but am on RU and Dut as well as minox so hope that small dose will help somewhat.

I have no idea my test levels but I do still get bad face acne and back acne and high libido even on dut. so maybe its naturally high, will a bit of oral spiro lower it to normal levels without sides?
