What is SM?

Sorry to start a thread on this, but I'be posted a couple requests in other threads and haven't gotten information. Can someone please tell me what the potential treatment is that people refer to as "SM"? Thanks.

Basically it is a topical that is interacting with the WNT pathway.
Someone in the trials mentioned in the other thread that they should have a data collection after only 3 months which is kind of weird to me since you can't expect results after 3 months alone. Other than that here's hoping it actually does something and is safe.

I believe that short trial of 3 months was for testing safety, not to see if it did anything cosmetically.
