Finasteride & Facial Hair

I was curious if anyone has had a similar experience to me. When I began taking fin 2.5 years ago at the age of 21 I did not have a filled out beard (my facial hair does not cover my cheeks). Since being on fin this has not changed and I have seen no increase in facial hair now at the age of 24. My brother, who is two years my senior, has a fully developed beard which leads me further to believe that inhibiting DHT may be playing a role?

Any thoughts?
