1 year on rogaine, am I worse off?
-
I would say honestly, looks a little bit better. Not a huge amount of difference though! Still plenty of hair on your head

Rogaine is just a temporary treatment. It works for ~2years. After that you will lose quicker than if you didn't take it.
That's why I wont go on it, plus the wrinkles and irritation it often cause.

its working

You still have a good amount of hair. At least get on something like RU58841 or finasteride so you can maintain what you have until better treatments are available.

When minox loses it's efficacy, you won't lose more hairs because of it. You'll lose hair that you have regrown through minox and hair that would be otherwise (aka without minox) would be lost during the time you took it. That combined make it look like you're balding is going very fast all of a sudden, but you're not going to be worse off than if you wouldn't have used it.
@OP, I don't really see any difference, which is a good thing (maintenance = good). Maybe slightly more density, not much though.
