No, Just with the massage brush. Garlic skin powder is important I think, it is a pain. But seems to be whats working.

Unfortunately Minoxidil is temporary, when used alone.

One milligram of Finasteride combined with Minoxidil should do the
    trick.

Finasteride regrowth on it's own is possible to regrow
sixty percent lost, but can take up to two years.

Combined, usually you might get up to 85% regrowth.
I most likely wouldn't have lost so much density if I had started using Ketoconazole early on but my dumb*ss dermatologist didn't even mention it the first time I went to her. i most likely will get regrowth with Finesteride but I'm scared of any side effects. I think most people get at least some minor effects that build up gradually. How many people who take this drug get regular blood hormone tests and sperm count done? I bet most don't. Some people develop prostate problems while on the drug while others when they stop taking it since their bodies had gotten so used to its effects.
DHT is meant to be in our body, greatly reducing its synthesis will have consequences, which is why I think it would be best to do it using something not as strong such as Saw Palmetto (when ingested), and best when used topically since it would directly affect the scalp.

From reading your comments, I know you use a combination of drugs including progesterone. But that's a female hormone. Aren't you worried about side effects like gynaecomastia etc / do you have any such problems?

Always had a little bit of gynaecomastia, before the Progesterone. Only tried Progesterone since January 2015. It hasn't made it worse.

Not worried, because Liposuction surgery can take the fat out

It really hasn't effected my libido, which is average
for a man my age (in late forties). At my point in life I just want my hair back.

Saw Pametto is an herb, so it could be just as bad. As far as U.S., it's not really studied a lot

I know there hasn't been much research onnatural methods but a lot of people have reported it works; be it on here or reviews on amazon or other sites in general. I haven't heard of side effects yet, it's not as strong a DHT blocker as finesteride. Horsetail is said to block DHT as well, but it contains nicotine and I don't want that in my body.

But what about the head massages you mentioned? Any details on how you perform them?

Much better K9, can be done without the drugs too. And think it does a better job on the V. Here's one from friday, only four months in, and much more on the way.https://www.baldtruthtalk.com/album....chmentid=51153

Because it sounds like you wont be able to get what needed, I think that the extraction process of hairmetto is important, take a look at their website it says its CO2 extracted.
I also think the saw palmetto pumpkin seed and mineral complex s important. I saw on another thread that your not going to take saw pallmetto. I dont think you'd get the results without hairmetto, and internal complex. Shedding is normal with anything that works.
