thinning hair Transplant

i am having a hard time finding pics of men thinning with red hair who have a HT. i am in my 30's with a recedding hairline on one side. i am looking to fill it in behind the hair line and fix the hairline on one side. I rarely see red ish blonde hair get HT? is there a reason why???
