Opinion hair? What do do?

Hi guys! what's the thing that comes to mind when you look at my pics?

Ive had quite a high hairline my whole life which is not something Im worried about, Im just curious if I should take any action to keep my hair like this?

Especially the last and second last picture, it looks like the right sight receded a bit further than the other, is this normal?

If its of any importance, I dont have much facial hairgrowth yet, nor is there any hair to be found on my chest.
I smoke, have been under a lot stress past years due to bipolar disorder, probably don't eat that well and dont get much sleep.

I dont shed that intense either, perhaps some breakage due to use of hair products. As you can see I also have thick hair and my crown is fine

Thanks for taking the time to look, it means a lot to me since Im quite bothered by it.

As of now it is hard to tell if you are in the early stages of MPB. Your hairline and density are both fine, but IMO there are some tell tale signs that indicate you may bald in the future (not sure when).

The uneven hairline, weak/thin temple points. Lots of times precursors to early MPB.

Keep a very close eye, keep taking pictures, and if your hair is important to you start researching your options and remember the best weapon in the battle is starting treatment EARLY.

The only thing that keeps getting my attention is the thinning on the sides.
I dont have any other thinning anywhere else, crown is fine as you can see and I dont shed a lot of hairs.

I'd like to know where you guys look at when determining whether or not someone is receding/baling? Or if it'll stop or continue to do so?
