Anyone on the forum on the CB phase 2 trial?
I was reviewing the phase 2 information for CB-03-01 for Androgenetic Alopecia and it looks like they are still recruiting people in 3 locations in the US (California, Minnesota and Texas).
It would be great if any of the forum members, based out of this areas, could become part of the trial so we would have better access to information plus potentially someone will get a few extra hairs
This is the link to the study: https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/...ank=2#contacts

Wow I thought they already started phase 2 but they're still recruiting? Either way I don't think it would be helpful to get an "insider" into the trials because they most likely sign non disclosure agreements. The sm04454 thread had many partisipants in trials who went quiet right after they signed up. It says cb trials 2nd phase is supposed to end in 2015 December, does that mean it will be followed up by a phase 2b for another year after that or is it straight to phase 3?

I think they're still recruiting, they asked me to join a couple months ago and about a week ago sent me an email again.
however I'm actually in Canada and take DUT so i don't qualify at all for the study.

I had called one of these clinics and they informed me that they were doing the trials and that another drug was also enrolling for phase 2 clinical trials for hair loss (I assumed it was SM).
Good things to come. I know there's 2 forum members that are on the SM trial, I wish they could come back here and post their results.

With this, do you mean that you wish they would come back at all or that you wish that they were allowed to post their results? I was thinking about this not too long ago, they might not be allowed to post results. On the other hand, who's going to control such a thing...

Yeah someone that is in the trial using the real deal would be great with finding out how well it actually works. Is SM the thing works on that wnt pathway? Its exciting to just finally see something other than propecia making its way as option. Its also going to be a big deal to see how new approaches actually work at giving regrowth like the wnt pathway how important is that really?

Imagine if they could just tell us the vehicle that is being used that would be great

I just called the Minnesota Clinical Study Center, (I'm not based out of Minnesota but was considering to flight there a few times if I could get on the trial) and they are almost done with recruiting candidates for the trial.
I don't qualify since you have to be off of any medication including minox for the past 3 month (and I use Rogaine on a regular basis).
They have another study for hair loss besides CB, which is great news, and they sounded very optimistic about both.
I would be great to have someone on the forum participating!...any volunteers?
-
You would be a fool not to participate in this if you were close to it and were able.

I'm going to try to contact him. However, it may be worthless as you only get enough of the drug to last you four months, right? So you'd get to use it for 6 months and then you wouldn't have anymore to continue using if it worked.
