Should I start Regaine? Very scared of shedding phase.

Hi,

I've been noticing my hair thinning over the last 2 years, specifically on my temples and in the middle top area of my head. It's not noticeable if I style/cut it correctly, but I'm very worried it will become noticeable if I start regaine.

I've bought a 3 month supply of 5% regaine, and I don't know whether to use it. I want to take action, but I'm very concerned about the shedding phase that could last for months before I get any re-growth.

I've researched other medication like propecia, but I don't want to risk those side effects, so I just want to use regaine on its own.

Do you think I should risk using it? I don't want to experience an awful shed and I'm worried that regaine on it's own won't be enough. Shaving my head isn't an option for me, as i've done it before and it looks terrible.

I you are experiencing hair loss I would recommend to take action for sure

I went through a lot of shending with rogain liquid but very little to none with foam so you might want to try that

Also I would recommend to take biotin for a while to speed up the process and in no time you should be ok

Adding fin for sure will be more effective but I will give Rogaine a try before you decide to add something else
