Some will argue that the effects are local, which is obviously true to some extent. But when you can see this much fat atrophy with just a drop of 0.03% bim, then it's pretty self-explanatory that a 10 or 100x strength applied in much larger doses on a much larger area will have very, very negative effects on ones face.

And the more shocking thing is that this is a medicine that has been used for a long time and it was only in the recent years that people suddenly discovered this side effect, eventhough it had been staring them in the face (literally) since the beginning. Even eye doctors who look at the eye with a magnifying glass missed it.

Again just highlights how important it is to get drugs tested before one start using them.

Great, when looking for it eye doctors noticed this side effect "100 percent of the time". Why is it so hard to get a hair loss drug without crazy sides? I'm really hoping that replicel comes through and then other cell therapies later, because these drugs can all be discounted at this point. CB is weak and not even a real anti-androgen according to hygea, and BIM obviously has bad side effects. Drugs are the worst.

Hairerique obviously havent got an understanding of how the drug market work... Is they hadent figured out a way to combat and reverse the side effect then it wouldn't had made it this far into trials... So please stop getting people's hopes down. I agree with basically everything else you say, baldness is a first world problem and there are way worse things out there, but hellouser does have a point when he says it's all relative. It kind of sucks and thats coming from a 1 percenter who basically has everything else

Yes, it's not like bimatoprost came to market with the same side effects in the shape of cosmetic product Latisse
    http://www.realself.com/question/maj...eyes-lash-line

And let's not forget Propecia which made it to market eventhough it had both suicidal thoughts and sexual anhedonia as side effects

I am painfully aware of how studies and the subsequent steps work, which is why in my OP I spend the first paragraph explaining people exactly why they don't rush products to market.

I am not getting peoples hopes down at all, I am simply saying that self-loathing and delusion is no way to get real progress. Sorry

    Let's wait for the result.
Btw I know Hell is in his trial so if we could have him to report then it will be more clear.
