Is my hairloss normal? Front, around ears, and neck

So I've been losing my hair for around 3 years, since I've been 15, it's slow but it's happening, I've got to NW2, but the thing that bothers is me that, the hair above my ears doesn't grow properly, and behind and above the ear it's gone, also the hair around my neck is thin and receding I think, is this normal?
