Minoxidil Foam + AntiPerspirant on temples??
Hi Guys,
First post here except introduction.
I decided to start Rogaine Foam today and while at the pharmacy I asked for my other problem: Very excessive sweating especially on temples and forehead (Little anywhere else).
The pharmacists gave me the strongest stuff without prescription and said antiperspirant has aluminum which blocks the sweat glands or whatever and essentially acts as plugs to stop sweat coming out.
Minox, I read needs to penetrate. They both are needed most at the same spot - TEMPLES!!
Does anyone know how the two would compliment/antagonize each other. Which one should go on first?

Dear noway,
Aluminum is not the best option for "craneofacial hyperhidrosis". Currently, we have a better options to solve this condition on the scalp skin, all of them without interaction with minoxidil application.
Search about "topical glucopirrolate" or "oxybutinine oral or topic". If you can afford it, Botox is the best option to treat this condition. (one procedure within 6-12 months).
