testicular pain, is it the finasteride?

I have been on finasteride for 15 months with no side effets.
I've been getting testicular pain lately, could this be a finasteride side effect?! It's not so much a sharp pain but more of a swelling / throbbing feeling.
I've so been feeling a lot more depressed and anxious lately, but I'm not sure if that is fin related or has to do with other personal factors in my life.

I'm going to reduce my fin to once weekly instead of once daily and see if that helps. I know spencer Korbin takes it once weekly.

Not sure about anybody else here, but even before I started taking finasteride I would get an occasional ball ache. Nothing very painful, but enough to notice a little soreness.

You've been taking fin for already 15 months, but the testicular pain occurred not long time ago. I think these two facts may be not connected and possibly a medical consultation will make sense. Any kind of unusual conditions should be checked. Visit your doc and do not forget to tell that you are on fin.

Same. I'm not on finasteride and never have been, either. If you've been on it for that long and never had any issues, I'd be more inclined to believe it's unrelated. If you're really worried about it you could go and see a doctor, but I wouldn't be reducing your dosage that much, that just sounds as though it'd result in your DHT going up and down and potentially causing more problems that way.

Okay, so I haven't taken fin for 2 days and my balls have less throbbing and have less swelling feeling. Is it possible the effects of not taking fin could be felt this fast?

I had testicular pain on fin, it went away after a few days on the drug..but then I lost my libido and ability to get a hard erection for awhile...I quit fin and then with time I returned almost to normal.

Im the same as fear the loss, I started to get ball ache and struggled to get an erection after 3 years on fin with no issues, So I came off it and things returned to normal after a week or so, but hair fall started massively! I tried to convince myself it could have been something else so I went back on fin and within a week I was struggling to get an erection no morning wood, pain in the balls again and a distinct lack of interest in sex came of fin again it took me about three weeks to return to normal
