vasodilators & pimples

so...i was reading this stuff about a new technique that is safer than minoxidil and actually totally natural.... but i deleted the link :/
what do you know about vasodilatator technologies guys?
any opinion on them or they're just good for a laugh?

and for the second part of the topic,
i started shaving my head down with a razor. Sometimes i got pimples with hairs inside and i'm getting a little bit paranoid about the fact that there are hair coming out if i squeeze the mother****ers.
Do they regrow after this or i'm doomed forever to lose hair whenever i shave my ugly looking bald head?
