Anyone nervous or embarrassed about having a HT?

I am seriously considering having a HT everyday. One thing that bothers me is, well, I just feel overly nervous, mostly from the feeling of embarrassment from having to go through with it. I'm an introvert as it is, has anyone else felt this? How did you overcome it?
