Actually I'm 39. I fluctuate between 227 and 230 lbs, depending on the day. To be honest the 10% body fat was a guessetimate based on the fact that I can see the top 4 abs, and I don't have any other body fat except for a small layer on the bottom 2 abs. I don't eat any bread or processed sugar in my daily caloric intake.
I am taking, creatine, protein supplements and glutameine (which supposedly aids in muscle repair). But I am NOT on any steroids nor have a I taken any in the past, because I'm afraid it will expedite my hair loss (plus I'd be worried about all the other negative side effects)

Well, sorry to drop the bomb like this, but creatine increases hairloss.
Used to be on creatine aswell 2 years ago, but i began to have heavy itching while training......now i know why.... creatine. Creatine raises DHT and so increases hairloss.

I know, I found that out about mid way through my creatine use. So i've stopped using it.

Hey man sorry to hear that. I can't even imagine what that feels like.
And to be fair I started losing it in my early 30s. And to top it off, I'm going gray. Yay for me.
It's just so annoying that older men have a full head of hai

Not to mention, older men who are fat, out of shape, terribly unkempt, and have no personalities. Yet despite all this, they have juvenile hairlines. It's more than annoying, it's downright maddening.

I started losing hair when I was only 12 or 13, and I reached NW7 at only 25.

A man with a full head of hair but fat and with wide hips, has most likely kept his hair due to low testosterone/high estrogen.

Nonsense, there's no evidence to support that ridiculous claim. What do you suggest? Let us all become fat slobs to keep our hair?
