Default Another piece of the puzzle: Macrophages and WNT activation (Mice study)

Macrophages secrete a number of factors including a class of signaling molecules called Wnts. Importantly, when the researchers treated macrophages with a Wnt inhibitor drug, the activation of hair growth was delayed—demonstrating a role for Wnt from macrophages in promoting hair growth. Although this study was carried out in mice, the researchers believe their discovery "may facilitate the development of novel treatment strategies" for hair growth in humans.

Here another indication that there is actually a link between MPB and the immune system, like in the case of alopecia.
I remember another Spanish team filed a patent for JAK inhibitors activating wnt pathway and growing hair...The CURE is already here and nobody is trailing these drugs on MPB...sad, we will need to wait ten years until the patent expires and the price drops to trial ourselves

This is a confirmation of what Histogen is doing and why their effectiveness is actually decent.

Histogen's Hair Stimulating Complex (HSC) is a proprietary liquid formula created by the culturing of newborn cells in a simulated embryonic environment of suspension and very low oxygen, and then harvesting the naturally secreted growth factors, proteins and other synergistic bioproducts that are produced. It is the first naturally stabilized and bioactive formulation of Wnt proteins and their cofactors, which have been implicated in hair follicle development and growth.
