Nice AA is kinda cured, the mechanism is pretty much understood and quite simple actually from what I have read. Great news for people suffering from it. Probably more selective drugs underway, I just came across one which showed a PDE4 inhibitor supresses AA too in vivo.

Hello, where can I get some Rux. I'm willing to try it out as well with you, but I don't know where I can get a hold of some. And US customs might be more relaxed than Canadas. Is your still in Customs? Any news on when you will receive it or is it gone for good?

Ruxolitinib costs $9,000/month. I have no way of acquiring, much less being able to afford it.
