Worried about by hair (pics)

My hair started to fall alot and I am worried. Should I start propecia just in case? What do you think about my hairline? I think its a bit receded but I am not so sure, havent got any photos that would show how my hairline looked before (I always had fringe).
My dad and grandfather from mother side have full head of hair.

Help please its so depressing.
